Election Day blind voter hotline.  Blind voters, poll workers, and protection and advocacy system personnel can call 1-877-632-1940 from 7 am EST to 7 PST when problems with accessible voting technology or other varriers are preventing a blind woter from castin a private and independent ballot.  Individual who have experience in the operation of accessible voting technology will be manning the hotline to provide assistance to blind voters, election officials, and protection and advocacy system personnel.
